Fast forward to the right-hand photo, and you can see the remarkable transformation we've achieved. Using our innovative PowerBrace™ system, prominently featured in the after photo, we strengthened the structure, effectively sealing out water and revitalizing the room into a secure, functional area that now complements its home.

Through the installation of IceGuard®, a DoubleSafe™ Sump Pump, and our CleanSpace® technology, we not only addressed the immediate water intrusion problem but also completely transformed the basement. In Brooklyn Park, MN, a homeowner had aspirations to reclaim their utility room and side door areas, which had long been unusable due to water issues. The 'before' photo vividly illustrates the challenge: a damp, disheartening space that seemed unfit for storage.

Before addressing the chill and dampness plaguing this Wisconsin restaurant, the owner was dealing with a crawl space that made winters uncomfortable and left the space musty and humid throughout the year. As shown in the before photo, the area desperately needed an upgrade. The after photo reveals a remarkable transformation. We installed CleanSpace® to effectively seal out moisture and SmartJack® to ensure structural stability, creating a more comfortable and efficient environment for the restaurant. This 1980's family home in Poplar, WI was having water issues in their finished basement. After learning about our work on local radio, the owners contacted DBS in search of a permanent solution. 

DBS Design Specialist Rich Johnsen is our expert in basement waterproofing and visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate. After thoroughly inspecting the leaky basement, Rich designed a custom plan for a basement waterproofing system including our WaterGuard® french drain system and a new sump pump.

DBS Foreman Joe Harris and his crew installed our basement waterproofing products. First, they dug a trench around the perimeter of the basement and carried out the concrete. From there, they installed our WaterGuard® drainage system and surrounded it with gravel to encourage proper drainage. Once the drain system install was complete, they connected it to a SingleSafe™ sump pump and covered the drain with new concrete. 

This homeowner now has a proven system for keeping water out of the basement. 

A homeowner in Superior, WI was experiencing water leaking issues within their basement. Water would seep its way in through the flooring and foundation walls. DBS sent out a Design Specialist to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the waterproofing service. This was a big area that needed required several steps to fully waterproof. The photos shown here display the finished product of the CleanSpace® wall vapor barrier installation along the basement. The service was successful, and the homeowner can enjoy a more clean, dry environment.
