Ashland, WI homeowner recently moved into an old house that had lots of foundation issues. The homeowner noticed the foundation has settled and cracked and the floors needed support, so he trusted DBS to permanently support and stabilize his home.
Our Design Specialist visited the home to assess the foundation issues and provided a free, no obligation estimate for a permanent solution. Ashland, WI Porch Roof Stabilized with Help from DBS
Homeowner in Ashland, WI noticed the roof above their porch starting to slope and the support beam was no longer straight. Concerned about their porch roof, they contacted DBS to find a permanent solution.
DBS Design Specialist, Zach Guilliams, visited the home and provided a free, no obligation estimate for a permanent solution. Zach suggested removing the current support beam and installing a SmartJack® in place to ensure permanent stabilization of the roof.
Our Foreman, Trevor Ingle, and crew then removed the old beam and a 2"x2" section of concrete, installed the new SmartJack® beam in place of the old beam, and filled and leveled new concrete around the beam.
