This is a recent basement finishing project we completed in 2018 in Littleton, MA that features a stunning home bar, theater and seating area, recreational area, and bathroom. When wanting to expand your living space, why build up or out when you can make your basement look like this? 

A couple in Chelmsford work from home and have children who are educated remotely. They need more space for their children to play in the home and for entertainment. For that reason, they decided to finish their basement. The result is a beautiful and functional space!

Problem: A hard-working couple in Salem, New Hampshire, is looking for a way to expand their home. The wife runs a business out of their house, and they are expecting their first child in just a few months. Although they have a spacious basement, it is unfinished and full of storage items.

Solution: We finished their basement, creating three spaces for them. The first was an office and family room, the most significant space. The second was a laundry room, and the third was for their other utilities. The office was a great space where the wife was able to work, and could be easily transitioned into an entertainment space.

This basement was a large project, where we finished 1,600 square feet of space. We used our grey ThermalElite plank flooring, paintable wall system, and linen ceiling tiles.

This basement was transformed into an entertainment area with a beautiful wet bar.
