After years of seasonal shifting and settling, this homeowner from West Deptford, NJ noticed that a concrete slab near the steps in their backyard had sunk several inches, creating an uneven surface and a clear trip hazard. What once was a smooth path from their patio to the lawn had become a safety concern for their family and guests.

Rather than replacing the entire slab, the homeowner opted for a quicker, less invasive fix with PolyLevel. A local crew drilled small holes into the slab and injected the expanding polyurethane foam underneath. This can happen because concrete is often poured over recently backfilled soil around a home after construction. Over time, this loose soil settles and creates a void underneath the concrete.
