A homeowner in Bordentown, New Jersey noticed their pool deck area was sinking and settling. A Trenton, NJ homeowner was ready to address their sinking and settling sidewalk area in front of their home. Our Concrete Repair Specialist, Joseph, had measured up to 2 inches of settlement in certain areas, confirming that in fact the movement created trip hazards. Since the sidewalk slabs were in great condition, he recommended Polylevel to lift and level the concrete. Polylevel is a waterproof polyurethane foam that's environmentally, recovers fast, and can stabilized any sinking and settling concrete. The homeowner was very happy with the final results! 

A Homeowner in Hamilton, New Jersey was experiencing unleveled concrete slabs in front of their home and was worried that it might become a trip hazard to the homeowners and others walking by in their community.
