This homeowner in Blairstown, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was sinking and becoming unlevel. This can happen from soil erosion underneath the slab. When water runs down through the cracks and joints in the concrete, it washes the soil out as it passes through. We sent our System Design Specialist, Jeffrey P. to provide an inspection, and he suggested they use polyurethane foam to lift and level the concrete. We used our PolyLevel Injections by drilling small, penny-sized holes into the concrete and injecting the foam into the voids underneath. This process is repeated until the concrete is brought to a raised position. When the job was done, the concrete was raised and level. The homeowner was satisfied with the results and they didn't have to worry about tripping hazards!

A homeowner in Richboro, PA called Quality 1st Basement Systems to repair their sinking concrete. They noticed that multiple areas around their pool were uneven, causing trip hazards. He suggested a polyurethane foam to fill the space under the concrete. Our foreman, Luis Aguirre, used the PolyLevel Injections to stabilize the concrete. This is done by drilling tiny holes in the slab so the polyurethane foam can fill the voids underneath. This will allow the concrete to be lifted and leveled.
