After Service Technician Jordan disassembled, cleaned, and tested this Elkton homeowner's SuperSump sump pump  system with Battery Backup Sump Pump, he found that the system would continue running properly after reassembly and noted the service in the conveniently attached Service Log.  An effective and efficient solution to basement water intrusion, the SuperSump system is engineered with a capability of pumping up to 2,220 gallons of water per hour out of the basement. The UltraSump Battery Backup Sump Pump provides additional protection by having the capability to pump 11,500 gallons or more on a single charge in the evident that the primary sump fails, a circuit gets tripped, or there is a power outage.  The SaniDry XP dehumidifier was also serviced to continue running at peak performance. 

For this basement waterproofing project, we installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard around the perimeter of the basement, a SuperSump Pump with Battery Backup, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. 

The CleanSpace Vapor barrier will direct any water coming in through the walls, down to the WaterGuard, which is then directed over to the SuperSump to be pumped out of the basement.

With these advanced systems in place, the homeowner can now enjoy a dry, healthy, and mold-free basement, knowing that further water intrusion is no longer a concern. The result was total peace of mind and a basement that is once again safe, inviting, and protected from further water damage.

Cinderblock walls had "stair cracks", signs of mold, and water intrusion. To correct this issue, we installed Carbon Armour Strips that will stabilize the cracked walls, we did a mold remediation treatment, installed 2 SuperSump Pumps, Waterguard, and a CleanSpace vapor Barrier. 

This customer reached out regarding the sump pump constantly running and not being able to keep up with the amount of water coming in. We removed the old pump and installed our TripleSafe sump pump, which adjusts to your pumping requirements. The TripleSafe is a three-pump system and has a battery backup to ensure that the basement never floods, even when the power goes out. It has an airtight removable lid that helps reduce the amount of noise than you average sump pump.
