Recently, we completed a basement waterproofing project for a homeowner in Thorndale, PA, who contacted us after experiencing repeated issues with water collecting in their basement. Our solution was to install the SuperSump system. The SuperSump combines various advanced components, including a powerful Zoeller cast iron pump known for high-volume water removal, and an alert system designed to notify when water levels become concerning. The design also includes a robust, airtight lid that ensures safety and keeps out unwanted elements like insects and odors.

This customer had a finished basement that he wanted to turn into an extra living space. Before doing so, he knew he needed an Egress window and reached out to our company for help.

We came out and installed a 48x48 Slider Egress window that will allow a ton of natural light to shine in to the basement, along with the Egress window we installed our Rockwell and Rockwell cover. In case of an emergency,  the Egress window and Rockwell will allow a safe and quick exit from the basement. 

In Avondale, PA, an older home was dealing with water entering the unfinished basement through floor cracks during heavy rains. We installed WaterGuard, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona to control water intrusion and reduce moisture throughout the space.

Uncontrolled water infiltration can pose serious risks to a home’s foundation and indoor environment, and this was the challenge for a homeowner in Avondale, PA who was experiencing persistent basement seepage caused by poor drainage and heavy rainfall. Based on our findings, we developed a fully customized waterproofing plan that included the installation of our patented WaterGuard Drainage System to channel water safely away from the foundation, a TripleSafe Sump Pump paired with an IceGuard Discharge Line to efficiently remove excess water, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to maintain optimal humidity levels. By integrating these advanced systems, we were able to eliminate further moisture issues, restore the basement to a dry and healthy condition, and provide the homeowner with lasting protection and peace of mind for years to come.
