This  New Castle, DE homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems with dampness issues in their unfinished basement. During humid months and after rain storms, they could smell the musty odor that lingers when too mush moisture is trapped in a space with no proper airflow.

All of this allows the crawl space to be free of moisture while giving it a nice, clean look.

Water was entering the customers' Finished Basement through their Egress Window and if left unattended, this could have turned into an extremely costly nightmare for these homeowners. To help keep the basement dry, we installed a Triple Safe Sump pump, which will pump any water entering the basement to our Lawnscape Underground Pipe that directs the water out and away from the house.
