Before and during of our French Drain installation! A homeowner living in Harleysville, PA was experiencing some water issues and mold growth in their basement. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems for a solution. We resolved the problem by installing the WaterGuard French Drain and TripleSafe Sump Pump System. WaterGuard is installed above the footing of the foundation, out of the mud-zone to prevent clogging. Now all that is needed is stone and cement to secure the system in place.
A Plymouth Meeting, PA homeowner was experiencing some water issues in their basement. Luckily, Quality 1st Basement Systems came to the rescue and installed the WaterGuard French Drain. A French drain system is a key component to waterproofing a basement since its what collects the water seepage from the foundation walls and floor. Our French Drain System, WaterGuard, is installed above the footing of the foundation to ensure no damage such as clogging occurs from mud. Installing it in a mud-free zone, allows water to be easily directed straight to the sum pump system.
A Southampton, PA homeowner was experiencing some water issues in their basement. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to meet with one of our waterproofing professional to help them figure out where the water was coming in from and how to provide a permanent solution. System Design Specialist, Laszlo, recommended a full perimeter waterproofing system to keep this basement dry and healthy. One of the main products installed within the waterproofing system is our WaterGuard French Drain. WaterGuard collects ground water seepage from the foundation wall and floor and directs it to the sump pump system.
Water flooded this basement in Southampton, PA leaving this family with a mess in their basement. Almost half of each wall of the basement had to be ripped out and replaced to prevent mold growth. Our after photo shows what our French Drain System, WaterGuard, looks like right before stone and cement are placed to secure the system. Water collects inside and is directed straight to the sump pump system.
This Princeton Junction, NJ homeowner has been a customer of ours since 2018. They originally contacted us with concerns for moisture in their crawl space since they noticed some insulation started falling out of the ceiling from the moisture it absorbed. We installed a SaniDry Sedona to remove the moisture from the space to prevent mold. Service technician, Justin, provided a thorough maintenance and inspection of the system, ensuring it was still in good condition.
