This home in Randolph, NJ was experiencing challenges with water intrusion in its below-ground-level garage. Due to its location, the garage was vulnerable to water runoff from the driveway and downspouts, resulting in pooling inside the garage. This situation posed a significant concern for the homeowner, as it jeopardized the vehicles and personal items stored in the space. To resolve this issue, Quality 1st implemented an effective solution.
Our team installed a TrenchDrain system along the ground directly outside the garage entrance. This drainage solution allows water to flow through and be redirected away from the garage, effectively mitigating water intrusion and maintaining a dry environment within the space.

In Randolph, NJ, a homeowner was facing an unsettling issue. Every time it rained, water would seep into their unfinished basement, causing unwanted moisture and concern for potential damage to their home's structure. We equipped the basement with our WaterGuard system, a sub-floor drainage solution designed to capture water seepage from foundation cracks and efficiently channel it away. Paired with this was our TripleSafe Sump Pump system, which is known for its reliability and capacity. It ensured that even during heavy storms or power outages, the basement remained dry, thanks to the system's supportive design and backup features.
Quality 1st Basement's Service Technician Andrew removes the airtight lid of the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to access the triple level of protection for annual maintenance.
