In this half-finished basement, water was staying at the bottom of the bilco doors and needed some sort of drain to remove the water from the door area. Our team dug out a space at the bottom of the stairwell to install our TrenchDrain sub-floor drain system. This drain is connected to our WaterGuard system, which will flow any water that the drain intakes to the sump pump system, which then pumps the water out and safely away from the home.
At this New Windsor property, water was getting in the basement alongside the finished wall, but we could not find the cause of it. The Basement System team removed half of the drywall to dig up the foundation to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage. The drainage system will capture any seepage or moisture coming through into the basement, which then flows down to our TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, we were able to finish the basement with our unique waterproof Wall Restoration wall panels, giving your basement the finished look.
This returning customer reached out to Basement Systems for wall restoration and floor repair. The team went to the property, trimmed back the walls 4' and hauled away the debris. After the wall restoration, we removed and installed our Elite Plank flooring, which is made from inorganic material that is unsusceptible to water or mold.
