In this basement entry way, we removed the old sump pump and installed our TripleSafe pump system with twin liner. Once the TripleSafe was securely placed, we installed our TrenchDrain system, which is an elongated drain that is used to remove surface water from the area. The below level grade drain channel is connected to the sump pump system that will pump the water out safely. 

This homeowner in Baltimore, MD reached out to us regarding water intrusion in their basement during heavy rainfall. This has been an ongoing issue to the point of mold growth occurring in the area. We sent a team to dig out a trench along the foundation wall to install our WaterGuard French Drain System. Then we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the same wall.
