We had previously done some waterproofing in this customers basement which included an install of a SuperSump Pump with Battery Backup and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The customer reached out to us more recently because they were now ready to finish waterproofing the rest of their basement.

To complete this waterproofing system we installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier for any water that is intruding through the finished wall, this barrier will direct the water down to the Waterguard that was installed and then over to the SuperSump to be pumped out and away from their home. 

In this dirt crawl space, the homeowner was in need of encapsulating the area and keeping the space low in humidity with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. We wrapped the bottom of each pier, which provides moisture control in the space and installed the Vapor Barrier along the walls with our SilverGlo insulated wall panels, encapsulating the crawl space. Not only will this installation cut down on high heating bills, but the space will completely transform the crawl space from damp, dirty into dry and clean.

A homeowner in Severna Park, MD noticed water would puddle in the entrance to their home in the basement. Our crew installed our TrenchDrain to prevent further leaking. This system lies flat along the entryway and connects to our WaterGuard sub-floor drain. Thanks to our inspector and our crewman, the homeowner won't have to worry about water build-up at the back door.

All the walls had to be removed in this basement because they had mold and water damage.  We made repairs to the foundation wall using carbon fiber straps and installed a waterproofing system including the WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump.  Next we replaced the old drywall with waterproof wall panels which are covered by a 50-year warranty against water and mold damage.  We also installed our ThermalDry Flooring system designed specifically for cold basement floors. The basement was transformed and the homeowners were happy!
