This customer was referred to our company for an encapsulation of a crawl space. We installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system transforming it into an energy efficient crawl space with controlled and quality of air. We had previously done some waterproofing in this customers basement which included an install of a SuperSump Pump with Battery Backup and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The customer reached out to us more recently because they were now ready to finish waterproofing the rest of their basement.
To complete this waterproofing system we installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier for any water that is intruding through the finished wall, this barrier will direct the water down to the Waterguard that was installed and then over to the SuperSump to be pumped out and away from their home.
