This ranch home in Haworth, NJ had an exposed crawl space with moisture issues and foundation concerns noted during a pre-purchase inspection. To create a long-term solution, we sealed and insulated the space with CleanSpace and SilverGlo, reinforced the foundation with SmartJacks, and installed a SaniDry Sedona for moisture control. The crawl space is now encapsulated, supported, and protected, giving the homeowner peace of mind.

This homeowner had noticed that during heavy rain, small puddles had formed in their basement. Wanting to solve this problem, they search the internet and found Quality 1st Basement Systems. System Design Specialist, Maurice Robinson, was sent to help the homeowner clearly address the situation. Maurice discovered that the sump pump in the homeowners basement was inefficient in removing water from the basement. The homeowner's existing sump pump was connected to a sink to discharge water which is a poor method of removing water from the basement. Project Manager, Juan Garcia removed the faulty sump pump and installed a TripleSafe sump pump which safely and efficiently removed water from the homeowner's basement. The homeowner's basement was now dry leaving them satisfied.

In Barnegat Light, NJ, a crawl space was in need of a vapor barrier. We installed CleanSpace and SilverGlo, transforming the area into a dry, bright, and protected space. The upgrade gives the homeowner peace of mind and long-term protection.
