Quality 1st Basement Systems supported these sagging crawl space beams in Bay Head, NJ with a SmartJack support system. The support jacks lifted the crawl space beams back into place, for good!

Our System Design Specialist, Mark Kleiner designed the Ultimate solution for the sagging floor joist in the basement of this Point Pleasant, NJ home. 20 PowerBraces and 6 SmartJacks were installed for additional support to the floor joist to prevent further sagging and movement. 

First, Wilver and his crew install the PowerBraces against the floor joist beams then SmartJacks were installed for supplemental support. 

Point Pleasant, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements after receiving  TheHomeMag at their home with the Nasty Crawl Space Ad in it. The space under their home was damp and dirty. There was moisture throughout the entire area with water seepage coming from the walls and up from the dirt floor.  The homeowner wanted a clean and healthy space that would remain dry all the time. 

System Design Specialist, Paul D. recommended a full encapsulation system to protect against water and moisture to keep this space dry and therefore healthy. Since the crawl space had many years of water entry, the structure in the crawl space had started to fail. SmartJacks needed to be installed for additional support to the beams that had sagged due to all the water damage. 

Our Point Pleasant, NJ customer had an existing sump pump system that was no longer functioning properly. We recommended our TripleSafe Sump Pump because it has an airtight lid to prevent water vapor from evaporating back into the basement. Each pump sits on a stand inside the protective liner to prevent clogging or damage. Our back up battery is easily attached to provide peace of mind if the power goes out.
