Sandra from Red Bank, NJ had a nasty, damp crawl space with a lot of moisture. Senior Design Specialist, Ken Peare, recommended SilveGlo and CleanSpace to keep the Crawl space warm in the winter time and too prevent water leakage. Our team also installed two vent covers to prevent humidity and cold drafts from passing through the crawl space vents and a Crawl Space Dehumidifier Sedona to prevent musty odors and moisture.  

Moisture and humidity can cause the paint on the cement block walls to peel and flake away as well as cause odors. Basement Design Specialist Jay Alvarez set this customer up for success by proposing the TripleSafe Sump Pump System and the highly-efficient SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system to remove moisture from the air and keep the humidity levels below 50%, reducing the chance for mold to grow and thereby eliminating odors. 

Our customer in Red Bank, NJ had an older crawlspace with different sections.  Design specialist JC Gibriano recommended CleanSpace for the crawlspace encapsulation as well as SilverGlow for insulation.  The customer was very happy with the extra storage space!
