You were willing to provide a quote for free, the competitor wanted a $300 non-refundable deposit for the inspection.  Your product is a good one and the warranty is solid.  The book is what sold me but the staff was very professional also.

I called a bunch of companies but they were the only ones who responded.   I went with them and they seemed okay.  I gave them a down payment but they haven’t started yet.  I think they are just a busy company because I had to wait three weeks before anyone could come out. Waterproofed, encapsulated and installed "the turtle," a means of ingress and egress to the crawl space.  The project included a sump pump and dehumidifier.  Small stone was applied to the ground as the first layer, then a type of foam board, finishing with a tough, white plastic.  The entire perimetry was fitted with pipe leading to the sump pump which will pump water out of the crawl space to a drain which leads water away from the house.  I also chose to have a dehumidifier installed so that I could use the area for storage. The crawl space is now clean and dry.  The work was completed quickly and professionally.  I am happy with the job that was done.  It was expensive and, of course, I wish it was a bit cheaper but  I am pleased with the work this company did.  Also, I had a question after installation and their customer service representative was helpful and polite.

We thought about doing this for two months are are very satisfied with everything now that we had it done. The office was very thorough, cordial and efficent. The guys who did the work were super. We got multiple quotes from multiple contractors. We heard about you on line and thought about it for two months, but like we said are very satisfied. 

I am very satisfied with the job Quality 1st did at my home. They waterproofed both my basement and crawlspace. My inspector John did a good job at explaining all of my options and the products. I had been thinking about waterproofing my basement for 2 years before I contacted Quality 1st. I first heard about them through my son's neighbor who referred them. I am very satisfied with the work completed at my home. The installation crew did a very very good job.

Good job training your sales people. They definitely know the products and they came not trying to push me (like other companies) to sign the contract. The crew was great; they are very hard workers. They even cleaned up. Overall, it was everything I expected.

I was satisfied with the job done by Quality 1st Basement Systems. The crew was courteous, prompt, and did a great clean up. Ken Peare was a competent salesman and represented the company well. The promotional and technical materials presented well. Overall, I was very pleased with everything and would liked to be used as a reference.

We decided a dehumidifier was needed in our basement. We did our research and concluded that something more than a store bought product was required. So we investigated companies that specialize in basement moisture problems, this led us to Quality 1st Basements. We made an appointment; in a few days we were sitting with Kenny discussing our options. What we quickly found was that Kenny is an expert in all phases of basement moisture, waterproofing and finishing. We chose the SaniDry XP Basement Air System, six SunHouse Basement Window Enclosures, and the CleanSpace Wall System for the basement walls. The next step, a date and time for the work to begin. When that date came, Mario and his crew arrived right on time. But wait, it gets even better. I thought a job like this would take days to finish. So much to install, outside excavation to remove the old windows and install the new ones. Nay, nay by 5 pm the installation work was complete. Clean up was next. Why was the work done by 5 pm?? It's because Mario and his crew knew exactly what needed to be done; they worked hard, they're professionals. Clearly they take pride in their work. There was a lot of soil left over after back- filling the enclosures, would it be left up to me to get rid of it, HOW? They took it all with them, putting it in 5 gal. containers and then loading it on their truck. Throughout, Mario briefed us on the crews progress, he answered my questions, showed different aspects of the job how it would be done, or would be done, and doing it gladly. It was about 8:30 pm when we said our good-byes, they pulled away driving away into the sunset. So, I've dealt with several Quality 1st members. Including Nicole, Kenny, and lastly Mario and his crew. What a pleasure dealing with a group of dedicated people that work together.

I initially heard about Quality 1st from my neighbor who had work done in their basement after noticing water leakage. The office staff and inspector were good at answering all of my questions and concerns. The installation team lead by Jesus worked very hard and installed several waterproofing products that work. I did research and got quotes from other waterproofing companies but chose to go with Quality 1st because I got more for my money and the layout was better for my basement.
