The book provided with their estimate was very informative and their salesman John Schweitzer was very knowledgeable and professional. The company's quote for the work was comparable to another quote I received. I chose the company because I felt confident that the hardware they would install would be the best available. The installation, led by Wilver Cardoza, went quickly and smoothly. They did a great job of containing the dust with tarps and plastic covering. The work looks extremely professional. The hardware installed was exactly what i expected based on the book and quote. Very satisfied customer.

Huge thank you to our representative Dane C and our job foreman Miguel A! We purchased a home and started taking on water during rain storms shortly after moving in. Dane C came out to assess our situation and suggested a custom perimeter trench, sump pump with a vapor barrier. Within 2 weeks Miguel A and his team were at our house and 8 hard hours later they completed full installation. We were amazed at how fast and thorough they were able to do the installation in one day. Extremely professional through and through. I called for maintenance of Sedona dehumidifiers. Ryan came on time and serviced both of my units. He explained each part of the process and provided pictures upon completion. Additionally, he repaired some of the vapor barriers in my crawl space. Overall the service was excellent and I would highly recommend this company.

We had Quality First basements encapsulate our crawlspace and install a dehumidifier. We've had the system for a few years now and we're very pleased. The install went very well, the technicians were very pleasant, professional, and on time. Each year they come out to check on things to ensure the system is performing as intended.Just this past week John, the service technician, came out to perform the annual check.He called when he was approximately 30 minutes away, arrived on time, wore protective footwear so as not to mark up the carpet. He was very pleasant to deal with and provided a very professional appearance.He spent about 30-40 minutes checking things out; cleaned out the sump area for the dehumidifier, changed a filter, and did an overall check of the system.I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering their services.

Quality 1st Basement Systems did a fabulous job in my crawl space. My HVAC guys are thoroughly impressed with how nice and dry it is and has no mildew smell. Crawl space is fully encapsulated, with 2 sump pumps and a heavy duty dehumidifier. Juan and his crew of four were great, everything was cleaned up and removed from my property.. highly recommended Sales guy Joe, Juan and his team! 

The waterproof lining and dehumidification system in my crawlspace works well and is clean and safe. Randy and his trainee Mike recently did my annual maintenance. They stayed in clear communication about the schedule, and they arrived on time.  They worked quickly and professionally on the maintenance tasks, including fixing a leak in a pvc elbow. Randy noticed a slow leak on my water pump, even though this is not part of the dehumidification system.  I was able to have it repaired by someone else before it became a much bigger problem.  Thank you to this wonderful team!

I had a water leak in my basement for about a year and decided to start some research on how I can fix the problem. I found Quality 1st Basement Systems on Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau. They had good reviews on both sites and their staff was professional. The installation team was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I reached out to other companies, but my salesman Ken Peare provided me with the most reasonable quote.

I chose Quality 1st because the salesman was honest and had great suggestions for all of my basement water issues. The office staff was helpful and answered all of my initial questions, they even sent me a booklet with different basement explanations. The installation crew finished the job in one day, they were kind, knowledgable and had good workman ship.

The sales presentation was very good, as well as the installation team. 

This latest project was my second time using Quality 1st Basement Systems to deal with my basement waterproofing issues. I first used them back in 2011, and was pleased with the original work, as well as their yearly maintenance service. Now, my most recent project was to install another waterproofing product to my basement in order to make sure my basement will be prepared for anything. Similar to before, the installation crew were on time, friendly, and got the job done within the time they expected. The cleanup process was also done very well, and there was no mess left over. I decided to continue using Quality 1st Basement Systems because once again they were a good price, they have quality products, and they always have great reviews. I also appreciate that the sales people are informative and not pushy. If I decide to do any more work in the future, I will continue choosing Quality 1st Basement Systems.
