The project included wrapping the crawl space piers, installing a SmartDrain leak detection system, and covering the vents to help protect the space from outside moisture. TerraBlock, SilverGlo, and rim joist insulation were also installed to improve insulation and help create a more comfortable, moisture-controlled environment. Mold-X2 and Botanical treatments were applied to the joists and walls as part of the project.
