Before and after we waterproofed this basement. 

Our client had a very wet garage, caused by pooling water entering from the garage door because the floor was lower than the ground outside.

We installed our TripleSafe Sump, which provides a triple sump system of a primary, secondary, and Backup Battery pump in the event of a power outage.Two Flood Free switches were also installed, which prevents the two main pumps from constantly running in areas with a high water table.

We also installed a TrenchDrain in the garage floor where the door meets the floor. This way, the water goes into the Trench before it ever gets to the garage floor. WaterGuards were installed all around the inside perimeter of the garage to catch any leaks coming through the walls or windows. We also installed WaterGuard ports to drain dirt and sand from the system.

Like many people, our customer stores expensive sports equipment and other household extras in his garage; all of which will now remain dry throughout the worst rain and wind!

Our team successfully waterproofed this Amagansett basement with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SmartSump sump pump systems.

A crawlspace in Amagansett had high humidity that created mold and dangerous air in the home. Healthy Basement Systems installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to insulate the crawlspace, sprayed CleanStart Plus for mold remediation, and placed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifer to regulate humidity levels!
