This company is very well managed. My experience with Healthy Basement Systems was meeting Frank Filice, a Systems Designer, who came to my home and did a thorough inspection of my crawlspace. He recommended the products that I needed and did NOT try to over sell. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable working with this company. I asked him if he would get me in contact with a person in the area that used the Healthy Basement System. He provided the phone number of a recent customer who gave the company a good review. Therefore, I decided to move forward with the job. The crew was composed of three members, Carlos, the foreman and two workers, Jose and Nick. They worked very well together. Carlos had a very good working relationship with the crew. The crew did a wonderful job. They were very respectful of my home and upon completion of the job the basement was cleaned and all garbage was taken away. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would like to let you know that Richard Fernandez was at my home on Tuesday    1/30/24. To make repairs and I would like you to know that he did a great job and worked very hard ,and he was very respectful to me and my home..   I found his work ethics to be exceptional and he should be commended..

My representative was very thorough and his presentation was very complete. The installation crew was hard working and polite. The cleanup process  was amazing, you would have never known they were there to do work. I would absolutely hire them again and I have recommended them to all my friends. I wan't sure who to contact about my crawlspace, so when I called the office of Healthy Basement Systems, I found the receptionist very helpful and knowledgeable.  When Ian Silvers came to my house, he was very nice and very thorough which made me feel at ease.  He was not pushy and did not try to oversell me.  So I went ahead and scheduled a work for my crawlspace.  I was extremely pleased with the work of the Foreman Steven Navas and his crew.  Not only were they on time, they made sure nothing was left a mess by the time they were done.  I would recommand Healthy Basement Systems to anyone who needs crawlspace or basement work done, in any phase.
