We were contacted by a homeowner in South Columbus about a leaning basement wall that was leaking water into the basement. We dispatched our Sales Inspector, Charlie, to the home to help solve the problem. After a thorough inspection, Charlie drew up a plan to fix the wall with our PowerBrace steel beams and waterproof the basement with our WaterGuard french drainage system. With the repairs complete, the home's foundation is now stabilized and the basement is protected from leaks and floods.

We installed a new TripleSafe sump pump in a Merion Village basement. This includes digging a new sump pit, installing the pump liner and pump system, and installing a discharge line underground and to the street.

Now, the basement is protected from flooding with the TripleSafe's unique 3-pump-in-1 design that protects against power outages, pump failure, and high pumping demands.

The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. The UltraSump comes with a back-up battery to ensure your sump pump keeps working even if the power goes out.

This basement recieved the WaterGuard French Drain System, New Sump System and BrightWall. BrightWall is 100% waterproof and washable, and it creates a vapor barrier on your basement walls to block out water vapor and humidity. This ensures that you won't have to worry about mold growth or rot. Like our other wall products, it can direct water seepage into your perimeter drain.

The SuperSump installs with either a Zoeller ⅓ hp sump pump, or optionally, a more powerful Zoeller ½ hp sump pump. The third horsepower is able to pump out 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head, while the half horsepower pumps out 3,900 gallons per hour at an 8-foot head.
