This homeowner was experience water seeping through his basement window. To remedy the situation, he taped a garbage back overtop the window to keep water out. Our crews installed a new window that fits correctly, and is sealed properly to keep water out, and the basement dry.

Water was filling this block wall and in addition to flooding the basement put immense pressure on the foundation wall. That pressure formed cracks in the mortar and started to push the wall out. If left unchecked this could easily collapse the wall, so we installed steel beams that brace the wall moving forward.
This Pickerington, OH homeowner got creative when they noticed their floor was sinking a bit. They propped up the floor joists with a large pole, but knew the solution wasn't permanent. The Mid-State Basement Systems team installed a steel i-beam to support the floor above.
