This house in Hampstead was suffering from foundations failing. When you notice cracks in the foundation, do not ignore it for those are signs that ground movement is happening.
This actually affects the stability of your home and it is important to fix this problem before it gets worse.
We have stabilized this house by installing 12 PushPiers recessed piles and a perimeter of SilverGlo insulation panels.
Our SilverGlo insulation panels are inorganic and contain graphite particles that reflect heat to protect the home.
Ms. Méndez contacted us to repair her crawl space. We had to support its floor because it was sagging and to encapsulate the crawl space because there was moisture. We installed SmartJack galvanized steel beams to reinforce the floor structure. Then, in order to properly isolate the crawl space from the outside air, we covered the walls with insulating panels. Next, we encapsulated the crawl space with a drainage membrane and a vapor barrier membrane to prevent moisture from rising to the upper floors. The remaining moisture will drain into the sump pump system that we installed.
We have solved a foundation problem in a house in Vimont, Laval by installing push pier pillars. These pillars are the solution by excellence for homes and foundations that collapse.
The problem: This Laval client had a structural problem in her crawl space. These support beams were not adequate so there was a sag at the ceiling of the crawl space.
Solution: Following inspection by our system design specialist Jerry, he suggested installing piles to support the structure we call SmartJacks. They are very sturdy and we can adjust them to be the right height for your crawl space.
Problem
Mrs. Blanchette's basement was very damp and the carpet on the floor was wet. Moisture and water had seeped through this crack.
Solution
Seal the crack in 2 steps with our FlexiSpan system. Seal the crack with a high viscosity polyurethane polymer. The sealant penetrates deep into the crack to form a flexible and durable seal. Then, to keep your foundation walls looking great, we cover the sealed crack with another light gray polyurethane sealant. This gives the repair a neat and professional appearance. It is a patented, guaranteed and permanent solution!
