Facing an alarming vertical crack inside the basement, the homeowner in Saint-Damase seeked our help. Our specialist explained in details how this cracks is driving water infiltration inside the basement, and thus increase humidity levels which will deteriorate the quality of air inside the house.

Faced with persistent humidity and dampness in their Bromont basement, this homeowner dealt with ongoing water infiltration issues, affecting the space's utility and safety. Here, the problem was obvious from the very first rains: water seeping in at the base of the walls, a floor that was often damp, and a lingering odor throughout the basement. Over time, the moisture also began to leave visible marks, making the space unpleasant and difficult to use.
