TripleSafe System in place of old sump pump
Our TripleSafe system is designed with two pumps and a battery back up pump. This is a great system for homes that pump a lot of water but also for all homes to add that extra security, for anytime the power goes out or a main pump fails. This home had just one pump original in a small crock that couldn't keep up. Since they've upgraded to the TripleSafe they have been water free in their basement!
Crawlspace Encapsulation
The owners of this home experienced water in the crawlspace. After having us out for a free estimate, they decided that they liked the option to completely encapsulate the crawlspace. We installed water control, Drainage matting, a sump pump and Cleanspace.
Crawlspace Door
At this home they only had an opening to their crawlspace in the middle of their living room floor. This was not very convenient, so we opened up a small area on the side of the home and put in a small door for entrance
Crawlspace Encapsulation
This crawlspace was encapsulated prior to building an addition on top. The home owners wanted to be sure they didn't need anymore structural support, which was good but they also wanted to make sure there would be no moisture issues or odor coming from the area either. That is why we talked with them regarding encapsulating the crawlspace and taking care of a potential problem before it occurred!
