The Curley's contacted us when they were looking to make their outdated basement into a space they could use again. They were looking for a family room, full bathroom and a kitchenette area. We used Elite Planking-Light Pecan for the flooring, Linen color for the Ceiling, and of course our Everlast Wall Panels. All of our basement finishing products are mold and water resistant. 

This customer had their regular size basement window made into an egress window to make it legal for a bedroom in the basement. 

In mid Wisconsin it's not unusually for homes to see a lot of flooding due to the high water tables there. For this customer that was also the case and our solution was to pour a new floor over the existing to raise up the floor not allow the water tables to flood his basement. It is now a dry usable basement!

This elementary school in Jefferson Wisconsin has experienced many water issues from rain over the years. After many visits to the school to figure out with the contractor Findorff what the best design and route to take would be it was decided that a floor pour would be the best. Water guard and drainage matting is all placed down first so that the new floor can be poured over. The whole school is experiencing a major uplift and the basement was part of that plan! No more water in this basement!

This home received a major upgrade with the installation of a large XL RockWell® egress window. this created a brighter and more open basement while adding a safe emergency exit. The finished result brings in abundant natural light and transforms the space into a more comfortable and functional living area.
