Our representative Chris was very good/knowledgeable at thoroughly telling us what our problems may be and keeping our issues at bay and knowing the what ifs and what would need to be done. He came back to explain to my husband what was needed. Your company was the only company I reached out to in the beginning-then I heard someone say to get a second opinion so I did and I wasn't satisfied with the other companies approach in how we were going to deal with the basement. Didn't need another reason-it was something that we knew over the years would need to be done before selling. Only problem is we should have done it years ago. I can not say enough great words about Richie and Dan. They were always willing to answer my questions and were always there when they said they would be. I really thank god I had these guys as my crew for our project. Everyday they cleaned up their area so I could move things if needed. At the end it was immaculate. So easy to move things back. I just need to express my gratitude for your staff for getting our home on the calendar before our scheduled time on November 11th. That was the best day of our life. You cannot imagine how much water we would of had in our basement the week after they finished because it rained for days on end. It really put the system to work. Richie and Dan were awesome to work with. We kind of worked together and communicated well in order for us to get things on our end ready when they put the walls in. I do recommend your company to many people who talk about water in their basement. Overall 5 stars to your company. I was very impressed with the work ethic of Richie and Dan and just their care in what they do. Very efficient and personable. Dave was incredibly happy with the work that we completed. From the first phone call with the office to the Sales Rep who was out, who he noted was very good, professional and was a great experience overall. The installation process was again very good, the crew was friendly and professional. Just over all it was VERY VERY GOOD. He is "so glad that we contracted with you. Nancy recently had her basement completely remodeled with us and upon sending us her post-installation survey, she had nothing but NUMEROUS good things to say. Nancy really appreciated our follow ups, our ability to move up her project up in our schedule when the ability came up, and just over all could not say enough great things about our crew and the work they completed for her. 

I was impressed with Todd and my first meeting a couple of years ago and when I started having window well issues I knew who to call in 2019. Crew was absolutely courteous-Richie and crew were terrific and patient in talking through questions I had on arrival. The guys did a great job and were helpful in answering my questions.

Richie's presentation was well done.  I chose Badger Basement because they were knowledgeable and professional.  Richie, Dan, and Sam were courteous and the cleanup was satisfactory.  Richie was outstanding; very professional and efficient.

I would like you to know that I was extremely pleased with the work that Bill Hammer recently did in our basement. He was very professional and obviously very skilled in finishing the carpentry work needed to the basement windows. He left the work setting very clean and beautiful. Thank you very much.

We liked that the materials used are all waterproof.  We've sustained water damage over the years and all from sources inside the house.  Those accidents were difficult to clean up.  We're happy now that we have a nice looking basement that will sustain the water stuff that seems to happen. 

This is the second time the customer has used Badger, they first waterproofed their basement a few years back and now they were looking to make their basement a finished area by adding an egress window as well as finishing it. He was beyond impressed with his System Design Specialist Jesse, he"rocked the first project" and was "even more fantastic the second time around". He stated the crew was professional and courteous everyday they were there completing the work. They were just over all very impressed with our company as a whole and all the individuals they got to work with. 

We have seen your trucks around Madison and chose you because of our previous experience with you.  Dale was professional and Richie and Dan were courteous and arrived on time.  

We heard of you from neighbors and friends that have used you.  Tim did an excellent hob with his presentation and Richie and Dan were very nice and explained everything thoroughly.  The best is positive testimonials from people that used Badger.   

  Office staff very helpful. Jesse was clear and worked with us as we made additions to work we decided we needed done. He answered all our questions. Richie and Dan were extremely courteous (their mothers would be proud of them!). Clean up was very well done.  I will be happy to recommend you if asked.
