I originally contacted Badger Basement Systems because of a referral from my daughter. The sales specialist, Mike, was very knowledgeable, and I ultimately selected Badger because they were affordable and friendly. The crew was very courteous and I am very pleased with the work done and the results.

  I found rep to be helpful and informed about what I needed to know. Crew was courteous, neat, prompt, and efficient. Couldn't tell crew had been there other than the window being added. I would hire BBS again if I need their services.

We really liked that the office made a note that we have already paid for the service.  Chris explained what he did in addition to writing it down and added a product to be proactive.  

Bill was great.  He came for my dehumidifier; clean filter, cleaned my new window well cover and inside well, plus cleaned the siding.
