I chose Badger because they offered the exact service I wanted and they were local.  Jesse Bunn's presentation was very good and the crew's cleanup was very good.  I was very surprised at the ease of the repairs, finished product and cost.  

Scott was very good-thorough and detailed with an explanation of what would be done and the cost. Crew was courteous even as I stood around -watched and asked questions. The office staff and Todd were very helpful.  Todd had an answer for every question and explained all of his answers so that we could understand.  We chose Badger Basement because of the time and the price.  The crew arrived on time, were very courteous and the cleanup was very satisfactory.  The crew did a great job!

Overall they were prompt, courteous and professional.  Chris was timely and knowledgeable.  Jim and Jordan were courteous, efficient and completed everything quickly.  They left the premises as it was prior to the work being started.

During the initial visit to verify the work needed to be done everything was explained with great detail and questions answered promptly. The reviews of past work also helped me decide.  I was given a call the night before the install to let me know a time to expect the install crew and they were there when they said they would be.

Dick reached out to us and let us know that an area we had previously lifted had sunken a little bit, with being in his 5 year warranty we were able to come back out and help relift these areas for him, and this is an email we got after we completed his work today. "Your men were friendly, courteous, and professional.  Answered all my questions.  I didn't get their names, but please forward my comments to them.  The same applies to who I spoke to on the phone about my warranty work."

The customer stated they were updated every step from the initial contact to the completion of the project. The crew worked quickly, they got right to work and they were done within 2 hours.

Brian has a good presentation and answered all of my questions.  Cory was very pleasant to talk to and did a good job on cleanup.  The work was done in a professional manner; I watched throughout the process.
