In Oak Creek, WI, a homeowner who has lived in their house for 17 years is planning to finish and remodel their partially finished basement to create extra living space. The current basement includes some drywall, tile, a tiny bathroom, and a drop ceiling. The renovation will transform 47 sq ft of the basement into an open-concept living area with a bar, along with a bedroom featuring a large walk-in closet and egress window system for safety.
