These homeowners had an expanding family and they were running out of living space in their home. Instead of packing up and moving into a bigger home, they decided to look into finishing their basement first. They absolutely loved our moisture and mold resistant materials and couldn't wait to have us out to take a look at their basement. We set them up with an appointment with one of our design specialists for a completely free estimate, and they knew they didn't want any other company finishing their basement. 

We created a spacious bedroom equipped with a full bathroom and large closet with our EverLast Vinyl Walls. Now, this family finally has all of the living space they needed for their family and they absolutely love their beautifully finished basement! 

We transformed this overlooked storage space into a beautiful new, livable space that can be used for a variety of stuff. Check out how our walls look compared to concrete blocks. Our walls reflect the light so well, it brightens up the room a lot. 

Often overlooked are the stairs to the basement. Here you can see the detail we put into getting the stair transition right. No need to sacrifice looks, your basement can be seamless from upstairs to downstairs. 

This homeowner was in very bad health, so her son had moved in with her to help take care of her. He had a construction crew come out to help him fix up the basement, and they ripped some of his paneling down and left him without putting anything back up. Which left him with a little nervous to hire another contractor, afraid that it could happen again. Katy and Joseph recently became homeowners in October 2022, and they've set their sights on transforming a space in their basement. The approximately 25' x 25' area requires a complete makeover, including walls, flooring, and a drop ceiling. Despite having some electrical elements in place, steel beams were added to reinforce the walls, providing a sturdy foundation for the renovation.

The planned redesign encompasses a spacious 440 sq. ft. open concept, featuring a modern ceiling and flooring. Despite the challenges of the previous water damage, Katy and Joseph were deliberate in their decision not to reintroduce drywall into the recreation area. Instead, they expressed excitement about our expertise and the finished product we aim to deliver.
