In a recent conversation, the homeowner expressed a desire to convert this space into a master bedroom, complete with an egress window for safety and natural light. This renovation would not only expand their living space but also add value and functionality to their home. This homeowner in West Bend, WI wanted a space her nephew could run around and play but was worried if she finished her basement, mold would grow. This homeowner in West Bend, WI had their basement finished by the previous homeowner. After living in the home for a few years, he had had a water pipe burst and flood the basement. He was in the process of ripping everything out himself when he decided that he need a professional company's help.
