Our team cleaned out their crawl space of all the old and useless insulation and installed brand-new, more effective insulation that would never leave that area looking like it once did. Our System Design Specialist Vin Orsini quickly came out to check out the basement, and designed a plan for this basement that was sure to keep it water free. He sent foreman Kryz Wilk and his team, and they got right to work. They installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, a WaterGuard interior drainage system, IceGuard, SaniDry, and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. The TripleSafe and Waterguard work together to create a safe, waterproofing method for the basement. The water is captured by the WaterGuard drainage system, then directed to the TripleSafe Sump Pump, and directed outward to an exterior discharge line. In order to protect the basement from mold and moisture, we also installed a SaniDry and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. The SaniDry works as a powerful dehumidifier, with the ability to capture 109 pints of water a day! The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier protects the basement from moisture and vapor, and also works to keep cold drafts in the winter!
