A homeowner in Tarrytown, NY had a moisture-filled crawlspace that needed encapsulation. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. One of our Salesmen, Chris Klonaridis, visited the home, assessed the crawlspace, and proposed our encapsulation solution.
Soon after it would be time for one of our Foremen, Moises, and his crew to install this job. They installed our Drainage Matting on the floor, and then our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of it to fully protect and eliminate water and moisture in this crawlspace. SilverGlo insulation was installed on the walls to ensure this space is also energy efficient, allowing the rest of the home to be as well. Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate excess moisture and prevent mold growth.
Now this crawlspace is healthy, moisture-free, and insulated, leaving the homeowner with great peace of mind.
A homeowner in Briarcliff Manor, NY had a very damp crawlspace. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find an encapsulation solution. One of our Salesmen, Don Godbout, visited the house and proposed our full encapsulation system.
Eventually, it was time for installation to be done by Foreman Marcial and his crew. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the entire crawlspace to completely protect the space from moisture and musty odors. Our SilverGlo insulation was installed on the walls to ensure the whole crawlspace is insulated and keeps air in. Along with that, our RimJoist insulation was sprayed as well, which, in turn, keeps the home running energy efficient.
Now this crawlspace is protected, moisture-free, and healthy, which gives the homeowner great peace of mind!
A homeowner in Ossining, NY was getting water in their basement that was causing damage. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us come out and solve this problem. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Steven Godbout, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution.
Once the project was approved, it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew to begin the installation.
They installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain system that will collect water coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed a TripleSafe sump pump that works using 3 pumps, one of which being a battery backup. This will ensure any water that comes in will get pumped out of the home at a safe distance. A proper discharge line was installed outside so that the water gets pumped out far enough away from the home. Now this basement will stay dry for the long term!
This building in Ossining, NY, contacted Connecticut Basement Systems for a long-term waterproofing solution. We sent one of our Sales Consultant, Jorge Tomas, to evaluate the space and develop a plan.
When it was time for the installation, one of our Foreman, Moises Chantes, and his crew took over. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system beneath the floor to capture incoming water. Following this, they set up our TripleSafe sump pump, which efficiently pumps water out of the building. To ensure optimal performance even in extreme conditions, they added an exterior discharge line equipped with our IceGuard. This anti-freeze fitting ensures that water is expelled away from the foundation, even if the discharge lines freeze or clog.
The building is now completely dry, and the owner can enjoy peace of mind, knowing they won't have to worry about flooding again.
In Putnam Valley, NY a homeowner had an exposed crawlspace entrance that they wanted a solution for. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems and we sent out our Salesman, Alex Lopez, to the home to assess and propose our solution.

Now this crawlspace can be encapsulated and the homeowner has perfect access to the crawlspace below their home!
