I am happy to say I have never worked with a group of professionals as outstanding as Mike McCarty and Roberto Macedo from Connecticut Basement Systems. Mike McCarty is a trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, caring sales professional. In fact, each time Mike and I talked, he sold me more product, and I actually felt good about the additional investments! He is pleasant and truly a joy. When my project seemingly derailed in terms of timing, he quickly made everything right, and did a fantastic job in reassuring me that all would go well. He was right! Roberto Macedo showed up (at 7am!) every day, and worked diligently to make sure all the plans were followed, and the construction was completed to my satisfaction. A project that was estimated to take about two weeks, took five days. Each day, he made sure the work area was clean and safe. His workmanship was incredible. Instead of using a costly custom cabinet door, Roberto made a beautiful box to cover some pipes. Each detail of the trim was perfect. I am truly impressed. He took the unit out, had it repaired and re-installed it today. He is a great customer service person who represents your company extremely well.
