I called Connecticut Basement Systems in March of 2019 for help with my water issues in my finished basement and garage. The sales Rep Victor Abitia came to my home and saw the complete mess we had. The wall was destroyed from water coming in through the garage under the foundation and into my kitchen. Several other companies did not want to get involved with this mess. Victor put together several plans that he thought could work but my cement floors with ceramic tile caused issues. He did not give up. He called a coworker, took pictures and together they created a plan for my drainage issues.  A plan was put into place and paperwork was done and a date was made for install. The day of installation was amazing. Jose Blees the Foreman came with his helpers Jorge Rojas and Jahroume Gardner. They were friendly and very courteous. They explained everything they were going to do, and they got right to work. After 4 hours I had drains and pumps and outside drains as well, all installed in a timely manner. They were very clean and did not leave a mess behind at all. It was a stress-free project. I even had questions after they left when putting the kitchen back together and I texted Jose and he responded quickly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Connecticut Basement Systems. Since we had our Basement System (Triple safe pump system and dehumidifier installed) plus the install of flooring and wall material our basement we now have a very usable space. Our Technician (Ronald Algarin) did a great job. He did a thorough job and was very professional.

Hi Dave, This is the crazy lady from last March, that was yelling at you the whole time. I Just wanted to say that we had no water this time. We have a back up to a back up, but all is good. We've had no power, no internet and all that stuff, but we also had no water in our basement thanks to my battery back up system. I even texted Larry, and he was very nice to us. I think we should be in his next commercial, don't you? I have a friend who didn't use Connecticut Basement Systems, and had water in her basement,  who was blaming the company, but I blamed it on her. She didn't use Connecticut Basement Systems and didn't have a back up system and power goes out, but the back up never ever lose power. So I told them to call you, not you personally, but the company of course. That is it Dave, I feel so good not having water in my basement and its all thanks to you. Thank you very much for everything you did.

David  Thanks for getting in touch. Brendan was on time, hard working, and professional. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I asisted with the new discharge pipe and am pleased with it. He spent lots of time trying to address the issue at the garage door, but that didnt work out as planned. Im going to install new weatherstripping to compensate for the height difference. Its not the end of the world. Invisible Fence came today and quickly addressed the wire issues. The guy said it was $127 and change, which was charged to our debit card. An email statement will be sent to my wife and when she fowards to me, Ill send it along. All in all Im satisfied. I appreciate the BrightWall being delivered as well. Its shows that you guys try to make things right. Brendan needs a raise (and a new 4" hole saw for his truck). You can consider me a happy customer again. Thanks again for checking in.   Tom 

We are so excited we finally had Basemenet Systems come out to our house and figure out the problem. The sales guy, Kevin was really great. No pressure to buy. And he really knew his stuff. We knew right away that we were hiring the right company. Can't wait to watch the rain and know I have a dry basement.
