The service I've received from CT Basement Systems ever since has been fantastic, including my regular maintenance check up performed today (11/22/19) by Justin Jaffer. The team shows up on time; assesses my system honestly. Twice before I've been advised to upgrade; each time, the service technician was right. But they don't harp or harass you into buying extra services or replacement units: like Justin did today, the techs show you the issue, explain the solution, price it out, and leave you to decide. I appreciate CT Basement System's expertise and honesty.
