In Garnet Valley, PA, a homeowner noticed persistent water seepage had turned their crawl space into a damp and uncomfortable area, raising concerns about mold growth and potential structural damage. Understanding the urgency of the situation, our team conducted a thorough inspection to identify the exact source of the moisture intrusion. Based on our findings, we developed a customized waterproofing plan designed to address the unique challenges of this crawl space and restore a safe, dry environment.
The solution included the installation of our patented SilverGlo Insulation Panels, which provide superior thermal insulation and moisture resistance to help regulate temperature and reduce humidity. To create a complete moisture barrier, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System, sealing the crawl space floor and walls to prevent further water infiltration. Finally, our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was added to continuously control humidity levels, inhibit mold growth, and maintain optimal air quality.
Together, these advanced systems transformed the crawl space into a dry, healthy, and energy-efficient space, giving the homeowner lasting peace of mind!
This driveway was uneven, and had large cracks throughout the surface, as you can see in the "before" photo. Our team swooped in to use our PolyLevel injection system. PolyLevel injected beneath the sunken slab raises it to its original level. Additionally, the cracks were sealed to seamlessly blend the concrete once more!
A Collegeville, PA homeowner found their concrete steps were settling, thus creating a gap between the steps and porch of the home. Luckily, Quality 1st Basement System arrived with the best repair solution. We used the Polylevel Injection to repair the concrete. Our crew injected a waterproof polyurethane foam underneath the concrete to fill the void. Once the void was filled, the foam expanded and lifted the concrete back to its original height. Fifteen minutes after the installation, the foam fully cured and the concrete was repaired. The homeowner was very pleased with the final results!

The customer's original Egress window was not properly sealed and was allowing water to leak into the basement. We came out and replaced the old Egress Window, installed an Egress Rockwell Premier Cover, Well Duct and a Triple Safe Sump Pump.
This customer was having problems with standing water collecting in his crawlspace after heavy rains. We were able to transform this area using our Cleanspace vapor barrier which keeps out moisture and our SilverGlo insulated wall panels to provide insulation. We also installed a Smartsump system to remove water and prevent flooding and a Sedona dehumidifier, both of which are designed specifically for crawlspaces.
