In Collegeville, PA, this detached garage faced serious issues with its concrete slab on grade sinking, walls bowing, and block walls deteriorating due to soil instability. We resolved these concerns by installing our Helical Pier System to stabilize and potentially lift the foundation. Additionally, CarbonArmor was applied to the block walls to prevent further movement and reinforce stability. 

The customer's original Egress window was not properly sealed and was allowing water to leak into the basement. We came out and replaced the old Egress Window, installed an Egress Rockwell Premier Cover, Well Duct and a Triple Safe Sump Pump.

This customer was having problems with standing water collecting in his crawlspace after heavy rains. We were able to transform this area using our Cleanspace vapor barrier which keeps out moisture and our SilverGlo insulated wall panels to provide insulation. We also installed a Smartsump system to remove water and prevent flooding and a Sedona dehumidifier, both of which are designed specifically for crawlspaces.
