When the Odors in Wayne's crawl space became too much, he called Quality 1st Basement Systems to solve the issue. The Quality 1st Basement Systems team fitted a CleanSpace Encapsulation System under Wayne's home and set him up with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Our Sedona is designed to provide uncompromised indoor air quality while controlling humidity. The Sedona can move up to 100 pints of water each day, thus drying the crawl space. This makes the damp odor and feeling, go away!

In this dark, unfinished basement in Holmes, PA, the owners were getting water in through the wall when it would rain, and were in need of encapsulating the space. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier around the walls of the foundation to capture any and all moisture seeping in. We then dug a trench through the foundation floor to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drain system that will safely flow the captured water down into the sump system. By installing this system, the basement will be safe from intruding water and no longer be damp from moisture.
Check out this concrete step settlement in Woodstown, New Jersey our team raised. This homeowner noticed their concrete walkway was sinking and settling. This small trip hazard could cause a serious accident and therefore needed to be removed. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our Concrete Repair Specialist, Chris Bowe, provided an inspection and suggested a polyurethane foam to lift the concrete. Our foreman used the PolyLevel Injection System to remove the trip hazard, raise the slab back towards its original level and stabilize the area.
