In this crawl space, the area was in need of encapsulation and to be closed off from the moisture that had been sinking up into the home. Two steel beams were running East to West in the crawl space, one was a full beam, the other had a joint with no support. Customer had another company come out and install a temp support, but he needed something more permanent. We came out and installed a SmartJack, which provides solid support for sagging floors and undersized beams. Smart Jacks are galvanized for corrosion resistance and can hold up to 60,000 pounds.

This was a remarkable basement makeover. We took this basement from storage space to a beautiful, usable living and entertainment space, completed with a full bathroom. 

The installation materials for this project consisted of TBF Everlast Walls, WoodLook-Stoney Oak Flooring, a Complete Ceiling and 5 Interior Doors.

This Ellicott City customer had a finished basement and they were looking to brighten up the space naturally. A great way to do so is with an Egress Window. We came out and installed out a 48x48 Slider Egress Window with a 48x66x48 Rockwell and Rockwell Cover.
