I am very satisfied with the work completed in my crawlspace. I first saw the crawlspace encapsulation system at my friends house and really liked the product. He referred me to Quality 1st and I had them give me a free estimate for my crawlspace moisture issues. My inspector John did a great job explaining the products for my crawlspace and made a customized solution. The installation crew was very good and showed up on time. They were neat and organized, worked good as a team.

From the first telephone inquiry to the visit by Will to the arrival and installation by Heriberto And his crew, all of this experience was a pleasure. The technology of what they do is simple but unreal in its ability to do what they say it will. Each of the people I interacted with was solid, professional, polite, and excellent at what they do. The price I was quoted is so reasonable.I now have a play area for my grandkids where I used to have a frequently wet & smelly no man’s land. The installation crew was very easy to work with and the office staff was very efficient.  Dan was our salesman and he was very personable and thorough, I was convinced your system was unique and able to solve my H2O problems.

I had the cement around my pool raised and Quality First was a pleasure to deal with. It started with my initial phone call where the representative was very friendly and helpful. They arranged for a sales rep to come out for an estimate and the rep Bill Paterno was a great guy, very easy to deal with, and no pressure presentation. He gave me 3 options and explained them very well. On the day of the work, the crew was awesome. Very friendly and the foreman Ramon was patient and explained what he was doing and how it would fix the issues. He didn’t rush, allowed me to ask questions and they left my yard just as they found it only now my concrete was no longer sinking.
