I was just dealing with a leak in my ceiling, floor and basement all at once late on a Friday night in the middle of a heavy rainstorm. I called the emergency number and spoke with Dan. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful over the phone as he walked me through each possibility that could be causing my problems. Although the problems could not be fixed at that very moment, Dan gave me several questions and tips to use before the basement estimate, and ask the roofer that was scheduled to come out the following day. Once I find out what is NOT causing the problem with the roofer, I will be calling this company to come find the problem and fix it once and for all!!!!

One guy from the team came out to assess the issue. He determined that the concrete needed to be removed to place a larger tube and would take 2-3 hrs and he was prepared to complete the job that day.
