I first contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems because the foundation had settled in a corner of my home, which had made the floors in that corner uneven. This foundation problem has also caused cracks in the exterior as well as the concrete slab in the basement. After doing research for about two months, and getting quotes from other companies, I decided to choose Quality 1st because they won me over. The office staff that set up my appointment were very professional and nice, and the salesman gave an awesome presentation.
