My unit needed cleaning, repair and replacement of the draining line and condenser port, as well as bailing out 42+ gallons of water. Patrick knew exactly what to do and how to proceed. My contract covered the cost of parts and labor. My system is going on 10 years of service. I am pleased and satisfied with the company, products, and (especially) technicians like Patrick. He is your best advertisement and ambassador. He has serviced my crawl space in the past. I am very satisfied with Quality 1st. I have used them in the past to waterproof my basement and when I wanted to get additional work done I did not hesitate to call. The office staff was very polite and helped set up my free estimate appointment with inspector Nick Biris. He was very professional and gave me a free evaluation of the basement and price! When it was time to have work installed, I think the crew lead by Victor Leon was amazing. They were very courteous, prompt, and helpful. Overall I chose Quality 1st because they were professional, and offered a good price to have the work done.

Justin called me to let me know he was on his way to my home about 15 minutes prior to our service window. He arrived early was very respectful when entering our home and completed a very thorough service of our sump pump.
