Our specialist went out to take a look at the basement and determined that both our CleanSpace Wall System and WaterGuard System needed to be installed.

The CleanSpace Wall System is 100% waterproof, made of plastic, and blocks water vapor from passing through your basement walls. It even features built in anti-microbial protection known as UltraFresh, which means mold and mildew are unable to grow on the CleanSpace.

Our WaterGuard System is installed along the perimeter of the basement, with minimal invasion done to your concrete slab. This patented design features large drain openings and a unique shape which makes it resistant to clogs. It also has a wall flange that extends up your basement wall at 3/8". This wall flange allows the water leaking through your walls to be collected and directed right into the WaterGuard System.

With these two products in place, water vapor could not pass through the walls and would be directed into the WaterGuard System.

We replaced an old and unreliable sump pump for a homeowner in Newburgh, NY. Our team installed our state-of-the-art TripleSafe Sump Pump System in its place to protect this garage and basement combo from severe flooding. Thanks to its two cast-iron horsepower pumps and battery backup system, thousands of gallons of water can be discharged from this home when it’s necessary. A homeowner wanted to protect their basement from flooding so they contacted us to see how we could help them. When the rain came, the basement was having water issues. On a fully charged battery, this device can discharge up to 11,500 gallons of water or more from your home. Our production crew installed this sump pump system by running the discharge line partially underground inside the basement and leading to the outside of the house. This would ensure any water coming into the basement would be transported out and away from the foundation. Once this system was installed, the homeowner knew they had a reliable system in place to prevent floods from happening in their basement.

This homeowner’s old sump pump system was a complete disaster. It was allowing water to leak out everywhere, and pool onto the basement floor. It is designed to discharge thousands of gallons of water out and away from a home, so that a wet basement is no longer a concern. This sump pump system features both a primary and secondary pump, along with an UltraSump battery-powered back up pump in case of failure or a power outage occurs. 

The primary pump is a Zoeller 1/3 horsepower sump pump that can discharge up to 2,220 gallons of water, while the secondary pump can get rid of up to 3,900 additional gallons of water. When fully charged, the battery powered back up pump can pump out 11,500 gallons of water or more! 

With our TripleSafe Sump Pump System installed, this homeowner became fully equipped with 3 levels of protection against flooding and achieved having a dry basement.
