This crawl space needed to be sealed off from the earth and transformed into a dry environment with no air leaks. Our team stepped in to fix it by using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System and our SilverGlo insulated panels. The CleanSpace Encapsulation system is extremely durable, does not support mold growth, and prevents water vapor and moisture from passing through. The SilverGlo panels feature rigid foam insulation that stop air leaks and cannot be damaged by moisture. Now this crawl space is protected from the elements! 

We covered up this dirt crawl space and sealed it off from the earth for good using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This super durable 20-mil reinforced polymer liner prevents moisture from seeping through the ground and into the area. Drainage matting was placed underneath to enhance the durability and longevity of the liner. Now this dirt crawl space is protected from water vapor! 

We sealed off a crawl space for this homeowner living in New City, NY using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System paired with our drainage matting underneath. Our team got this crawl space in tip-top shape for a homeowner located in New City, NY. Water had pooled in the middle of floor, and it needed a way to get transported out and away from the crawl space. To prevent moisture from coming into the crawl space to begin with, we laid down our drainage matting, and then the CleanSpace Encapsulation System over the top. To dry out the crawl space air and the contents inside, we installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. To transport the water out, we installed the SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System which can discharge up to 2,500 gallons of water. Finally, to stabilize the floor joists above, we used our SmartJack System which can support loads up to 60k pounds or more.
